Tushetian Guda/sheep milk cheese

Giorgi Ichirauli lives in the village of Kvemo Alvani, but when the season comes,  he travels to Tusheti. The family traditionally follows sheep and cattle breeding, they also own horses. They run a farm in the Omalo mountains, keeping more than 600 sheep. Giorgi and his brothers make the best sheep milk cheese in Tusheti.
